While I was employed here, my role was to provide administrative support during the process of winding down process the hospital. I was given a variety of tasks such as archiving, data entry, photocopying of confidential medical records. I was also given the task of liaising with patients and staff to furnish requested medical records.

In 5th and 6th year of secondary school, I had my first taste of entrepreneurship. I noticed the high price of phone repairs compared to the cost of the parts and the high rate of phone damage. My first project was to bring a water damaged Phone back to life, and once I succeeded, I knew the business had potential. With a healthy market in my school, I began fixing phones for students and teachers alike. This venture continued up until the Leaving Certificate when I had to stop to focus on my studies.

While on a J1 in Chicago I worked in the hospitality industry for a premier staffing company for high-end clients, catering companies, and hotels throughout Northwest Indiana, Chicago, and the Chicagoland area. While working for this organisation, I undertook many job roles including banquet server, porter, busser, steward, barback, bartender, houseman and custodial roles. Working here provided me with the opportunity to work in many high-end events in Chicago such as in Hancock tower, Lincoln Park Zoo, the Field Museum and Navy Pier. The front of house roles required me to maintain a positive attitude while being friendly and chatty to any people I may come across while the back of house roles required me to have attention to detail while maintaining close communication with my co-workers to ensure the event was executed smoothly. This job improved my flexibility and adaptability skills, every day the job was different and with minimal training I had to adapt to ensure continuous high standards of customer service

My job at Sky Ireland involves assisting customers who have issues or queries about their sky service. The position requires me to be an excellent communicator with a genuine passion for helping others. I am regularly the top seller in my team and consistently have an excellent customer satisfaction score evident from the surveys that are sent to customers after every call. Lead Android Developer
During my third year in college, I joined a college startup called Dockit which is a mobile application for waiters/waitresses to improve the connection between them and the customer by providing invaluable food and customer knowledge at their fingertips. It is intended to reduce waste, improve sales, increase customer satisfaction as well as the overall restaurant efficiency. My role here includes playing a major part in the development of an android application using firebase. I had to stop working on this due to an internship beginning but still help out from time to time..

Sales Engineer Internship
BeeInstant is a universal SaaS metric monitoring company with a focus on lightning-fast performance and unrivalled data accuracy. My responsibilities here include:
- Working on enhancing the UX of the application using HTML, CSS, JS and Java to create features such as point and click search and automated anomaly detection of all graphs on the dashboard.

- Outreaching to prospective clients, gathering the functional and non-functional requirements and providing a project proposal and quote for sign off by the client.
- Aiding clients with the onboarding process by gathering all the required details such as project objectives, business priorities, online login details etc.
- Drafting mockups for each website based on client feedback to deliver the final product.
- Creating fully responsive fast loading WordPress websites with a logical site structure through the use of well-coded themes along with essential plugins for content builders, contact forms, security and caching.
- Ensuring sites are fully SEO optimised by ensuring there are no dead links, HTTPS is being used, careful image optimisation and meta title/description and H tags optimised for a chosen keyword.

I created a social media website for irish developers. Developers profiles can be viewed without signing up but to make your own profile you must make an account with authentication being done server side. Users can create and update profiles, view other developers profiles, create posts, upvote/downvote posts and comment on posts.
Technologies Used: Project was built using the MERN stack. The frontend was done using React, HTML, CSS, Javascript and BootStrap. The backend was done using Express, Node.js, MongoDB with the project inevitably being deployed to heroku
Github User Analsis - GitHub Link
I created an application which allows the user to search any GitHub user and see information on that user. The information is gathered from the GitHub API. A barchart visualisation is also displayed using d3 which breaks down the languages used in each of the users repo. The user also has the opportunity to login to GitHub using OAuth to increase the query limit and get additional data
